RoboBlocky is a comprehensive TK–12 solution for Learning Math with Robotics™. It improves mathematics achievement by integrating mathematics with STEAM, computer science, engineering design, reading, and writing through robotics to make math engaging, meaningful, and relevant for every student. RoboBlocky combines four integrated components—RoboBlocky Curriculum, RoboBlocky Platform, Robotics Hardware, and Professional Learning—to provide schools and districts with One Robot. One Platform. Unlimited TK–12 Learning Opportunities. for classroom instruction and expanded learning.
RoboBlocky uses a simple puzzle-piece interface to program both virtual robots and modular hardware Linkbot robots, enabling students to learn math, robotics, computer science, science, technology, engineering, and making. Blocks can be executed in debug mode step-by-step. RoboBlocky can also directly control an Arduino microcontroller board and do sensor-based robotics with a Linkbot-Arduino ("LArduino") combination.
For more information, see the RoboBlocky Curriculum page and the Documentation page.
RoboBlocky can run in any modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari using Windows, Mac, Chromebooks, Linux, Raspberry Pi, tablets, smartphones, etc. (Using physical robots requires additional Linkbot Labs software, avalaible for free. Instructions here. Instructions for using hardware Arduino here.)
