1. Control an Arduino: Software Needed

In order to control an Arduino board using RoboBlocky, additional software must be available on the computer.

• For Windows and MacOS machines, the necessary ChDuino software comes as part of the free Linkbot Labs software.
• For Chromebooks, the necessary ChDuino software is already part of RoboBlocky, so no extra software needs to be downloaded.

To download the software for Windows and MacOS machines, click here to go to the Download page and then click the "Download Software Here" link near the top of the page.

On the next page use the download link either for "Linkbot Labs for Windows" or "Linkbot Labs for MacOS."

Then run the downloaded file to install the Linkbot Labs software.

 Note: It's important to have the latest version of Linkbot Labs installed. The most-up-to-date version number is listed on the Downloads page. If you're not sure, it's fine to download and install it again.

 Note for IT staff: A number of sites need to be whitelisted. See the list on the Downloads page.

2. Use the ChDuino Software
